Materials Control Assistant

Description
Working within stores you will report to the Materials Supervisor. The role is mainly system based, and encompasses a range of tasks relating to the control of raw materials and assemblies, from receipt through to build and dispatch.

Responsibilities
You will need to be competent on Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel. Using a manufacturing system to control materials and provide manufacturing documentation. Inspection, testing of in-house manufactured and bought in magnetics.

Education/Experience
You must be competent on Microsoft office suite. Previous understanding of a manufacturing environment and using a manufacturing system is desirable, however full training will be given.

Production Operative

Description
Working in the production department, you will undertake all forms of electronic assembly and related tasks.

Responsibilities
You will be required to solder, wire and form components, so a keen eye for detail is essential. Maintaining high levels of concentration as well as an ability to distinguish colour is key. Excellent dexterity, good levels of literacy and numeracy are important.

Education/Experience
No formal qualifications are required however previous experience of electronic assembly is advantageous.

Junior Design Engineer

Description
Design power, analogue and digital circuits for new and existing products, including schematic entry, PCB layout support and parts allocation. Design analysis (stress, MTBF, FMECA), and Design Verification Testing (DVT) of electrical, EMC, mechanical and environmental performance of new products. Occasionally present results at customer reviews.

Education/Experience
A degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Practical experience in power electronics and competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
